Reiki is a non-invasive, Japanese form of energy healing that was developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, a Tendai lay Buddhist monk. Reiki promotes the body’s natural healing processes at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Reiki is also known as chi, prana, and ki in other modalities like Qigong, Yoga, and Acupuncture. One of the most immediate benefits of Reiki is deep relaxation. Reiki moves the body from a sympathetic nervous response to a relaxed, parasympathetic state where the body is in an optimal state to heal itself. More simply, Reiki can move us from “fight or flight” to “rest and restore”.
Reiki has a wonderful ability to ease stress and anxiety, help manage physical and emotional pain and overwhelm, promote better sleep, and welcome more peace into our lives. Practicing Reiki helps us bring awareness to and properly care for our energetic body, something we all have, but many never adequately learn to support.

Holy Fire® Reiki is a powerful and gentle evolution of traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho. It was introduced by the International Center of Reiki Training in 2014.
Holy Fire® Reiki is not a religion and is available to everyone regardless of spiritual belief system.
Holy Fire® Reiki always respects free will.
Holy Fire® Reiki is a spiritually guided energy that is noticeably refined and very effective in guiding one toward overall well-being. It promotes an awareness of personal empowerment, wellness, and healing in a gentle and loving way. There is a sense of feeling nurtured and complete with Holy Fire® Reiki sessions.
